SHIPPING

DUNNO currently ships across India.

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery across most serviceable PIN codes.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary between 5–12 business days depending on your location and order volume.

Please note:
Certain drops, limited collections, or print-on-demand products may require additional production time before dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

From time to time, DUNNO may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or campaigns.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production or shipping.

Once an order has been:

  • processed
  • printed
  • packed
  • shipped

it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hi@dunno.in

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Since many DUNNO products are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • size issues
  • change of mind
  • personal preference

Please review product details and size charts carefully before placing an order.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • incorrect item
  • defective print
  • manufacturing defect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos/videos of the issue
  • packaging images if applicable

Send all requests to hi@dunno.in

Once verified, we may offer:

  • replacement
  • store credit
  • refund

depending on the situation.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • worn products
  • washed items
  • damaged items caused after delivery
  • products without original packaging
  • products purchased during final sale or special drops

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • courier disruptions
  • weather conditions
  • operational delays
  • public holidays
  • high order volumes
  • force majeure events

DUNNO is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
