Returns and Exchange

At DUNNO, most products are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order. Because of this, we keep our return and exchange policy simple and transparent.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a ₹100 processing and reverse shipping fee.

Returns or exchanges can only be requested once per order.


ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • the item must be unused
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with all original tags and packaging intact

Items returned in worn, damaged, altered, or poor condition may be rejected.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • products purchased as part of bundles or packs
  • final sale items
  • limited drops marked non-returnable
  • gift cards (if applicable)

Bundle or pack purchases are only eligible for size exchange, subject to stock availability and ₹100 exchange charges.


SALE ITEMS

Sale items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Clothing purchased during sale periods may only be exchanged for:

  • another size in the same product
    OR
  • another clothing item within the same category

Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

A ₹100 exchange fee will still apply.

Refunds are not provided for sale purchases.


DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • incorrect product
  • defective print
  • manufacturing defect

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos/videos
  • packaging images if possible

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.


REFUNDS

Once your returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


SELF-SHIPPING RETURNS

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you may be asked to self-ship the item.

Please ensure:

  • products are securely packed
  • the order ID is clearly mentioned
  • the registered mobile number is included on the package

We recommend using reliable courier services such as India Post Speed Post.

DUNNO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during self-shipping transit.

Reasonable self-shipping charges may be reimbursed up to ₹100 after successful inspection of the returned product.


IMPORTANT NOTES

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.

Products purchased during limited drops may not be restocked and exchanges will depend on availability.
